APPLESTONE MEAT COMPANY: MEATINGPLACE MAGAZINE

 
 
 

I've been photographing Josh Applestone and his family since they were with Fleisher's (see my images of their "Farm to Table" steer slaughter course on my website). They are kind and generous and have the best meat in (any) town. Always supporting sustainable, healthy, morally-sound meat practices, this issue of Meatingplace Magazine focuses on their newest vision, the vending machine. I even got to sneak in another "in motion" portrait of Josh, Jessica and their son.
